es_emaillist provided me with the data of everyone who subscribed/unsubscribed/never confirmed to specific lists through February 2019 (which is when I believe Email Subscribers upgraded from 3.5 to 4.0), and I was then able to use ig_contacts to discern who has unsubscribed since then.
While that still means I will now need to individually review the status of everyone who subscribed over the last 10 months, at least this gives me *some* of my subscribers back instead of *none*.

The data under “Export Contacts” would be very useful to view to restore my lists:
However, even though numbers appear in the “Total Contacts” column, when I click on “Download” I get a “No data available” message.
Is there another method of accessing those downloads?
As an update, I found ig_contacts and ig_forms on phpmyAdmin.
While this gives me a list of contacts and a list of those who have unsubscribed, how can I tell who never confirmed their addresses? I do not want to add someone who never confirmed. Or would they not appear on ig_contacts at all?

I understand that I have to manually add contacts back to the list, but I do not know who was subscribed to which list, who has unsubscribed, and who never confirmed.
What you appear to be presenting is that I would need to add all contacts to both lists whether or not those people had only opted into one list (not both) or if they have since unsubscribed.
Is there any way to restore or recover that data? Otherwise I am left with a list of contact emails without knowing who belongs to what list.
