There is less possibility of issues with FileZilla than simply going through the hosting service then? What precisely should I do, either way — simply delete the offending plugin folder?
Thanks for quick response. Let’s pretend for a minute I’m a panicking idiot. I don’t know what an FTP client is. I’ve gone to my hosting service where it has all the files; could I do something there?
