1) Firstly you have to go on admin panel
2) Go to Products -> Categories

For translate you have to change the text (More categories) from code.
1) Firstly you have to go on admin panel
2) Go to Appearance -> Theme File Editor
3) Now you can Select StorePress theme to edit.
4) Go to assets > js > custom.js
5) Now change the text (More categories).

It seems like you did not install the plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/vf-expansion/, after installing Vf Expansion, you get additional front page sections.
If you are facing the same things then please share the tagged screenshot.
