I know that this plugin works with WP 3.4.1 and 3.4.2. Any chance that you can upgrade your WP installation?
Does your backend work if you disable this plugin?
Isn’t a play button showing at the bottom of the video clip after the page loads?
Which player are you using? What browser and what OS are you observing this problem with?
