I added the plugin you wrote above, but it does affect other emails we send from the site using wp_mail (Contact Form 7, Event Espresso, etc.) I’ll need to figure out how to make it work for just the PDB emails. Thank you so much for your assistance. I’ll definitely look at the Email Expansion Kit!

Related question, it looks like I can’t add DOCTYPE, HTML, HEAD, or BODY tags in the same field, is that correct? Is there a place in the php I need to look where I might be able to add that codes to the outgoing emails?
