Thank you – I followed your suggestion and it worked again when switching to Twenty Seventeen theme, but I need to use my theme so I don’t have to redo my website design. (or at least, I don’t know how to make it look the same without having to re-do it).
Does this mean this is a theme issue – how can i fix it?
