I want to keep this theme as I really like it, just a pity about the support. Yes, I will probably have to hire someone to upload a header image, something that is fairly simple with most other themes.

No, only with this theme. I’ve tried contacting the developer, but not getting any replies. He has a paid version now and I would happily buy it but his communication/support leave a lot to be desired.
