Yes, as I mentioned in my message, you do not need to deactivate the plugin to solve the problem. I enough to disable the option Page Cache (turn off the caching).

Can’t find any log related to 403 error.

Yes, it’s custom page. Ok, thanks, I use other plugin to show subscription box. The site you had try to reach was for testing purposes. The production site is wellyou.lt
