The solution is within the plugin and it worked for me (at least if you are using Advanced Featured Post Widget plugin):
Settings->Advanced Featured Post Widget-> Check the field named ‘Debug: If you can’t reach the dynamical style sheet, you’ll have to display the styles inline. By clicking here you can do so.’
That’s it. The a5-framework-frontend.css won’t run in every page of the website.
