Ok I have no idea why this worked but I’m so happy! My sister prayed for me — cause I was almost about to cry — then a few mins later I did this and it worked! God is so awesome!
I just deleted all the comments at the very top of the wp-config.php file just after <?php and all the way to the last */ before it says define(‘DBNAME etc… So I deleted this:

This file has the following configurations: MySQL settings,
Table Prefix, * Secret Keys, WordPress Language, and
ABSPATH. You can find more information by * visiting {@link
http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Editing_wp-config.php Editing *

wp-config.php creation script during the * installation.
You don’t have to use the web site, you can just copy this
file * to “wp-config.php” and fill in the values. * *
