Thank you for your patience. The used theme is compatible with plugin. It runs perfectly in any page or post.
Would you please help us with more detail about other used plugins (which may reason of conflict) or please recheck all steps in WordPress back-end as mentioned in plugin description ?

Also found another plugin where open field entry is possible so those who survived cause of same issue can use below plugin.
