It seems you have removed “Field error message” block inside a field group which trigger form error due to missing block to show respective field error message.
Please add “Field error message block” wherever you have removed it.
Email delivery can be tough with WordPress, make sure it is configured correctly or your hosting provider supports it.
As of now you can do a translation of the string. We will release an update which will allow you to change this string.
Sorry we don’t have the ability to records submissions (yet). The info people submit should be sent to your email address configured within the form.

We are trying hard to replicate the bug we are unable to. Can you please provide a URL or create a free test instance in InstaWP?
Is it possible to share a URL of the page where you are facing this issue or re-create it on InstaWP?

If the page is not sensitive, may I ask for the URL on which it is hosted?
Unlikely, do you have an ad blocker, can you try in incognito mode? Do you use https or http?
We are trying to replicate this issue from our end for quite some time, but we don’t seem to see the error at our end.
Can you check your console log or network requests? Are you a dev?
