Just the same case! Did you finally get support?
We are waiting for a response since February 19th (today is March 12th).UPDATE: We have TWO TICKETS placed on January 31st and February 1st that were responded TWO WEEKS AFTER PLACEMENT.
Our doubts were not fully solved so we asked for further support on February 19th and today MARCH 12TH we are still waiting for a response.
Awful experience, actually embarrassing for us and of course our customers!
UPDATE: they are NOT catching up with pending tickets by now.

I got the Ultimate Package, placed several tickets 5 DAYS AGO and I am still waiting for ANY KIND OF RESPONSE… absolutely amazing :OUPDATE: 5 DAYS from ticket submission. Still waiting for a response.
Our tickets are #252461 and #252406 (placed on 31th january)
We write negative reviews only when we receive a bad service, and so is the case.
We have never before had to wait for DAYS (4 so far and counting) to get a response from a support system.
