I’ve found that if you are using your FAQ’s on a page you can add an FAQ search form as a widget in your sidebar.
Go to Appearance>Widgets to customise a sidebar. There you will find FAQ Manager has added a few widgets for you to use.
Just make sure you are using the correct page template on your page to make your sidebar show up.
