Issue: Version 6 runs slower (3 seconds) compared to Version 5 (500 milliseconds).
Solution:
- Download https://ww.wp.xz.cn/wordpress-5.9.8.zip.
- In the public_html directory, remove the wp_admin and wp_includes folders. Then, copy the corresponding folders and root PHP files from the unpacked archive.
- Log in to the admin panel and update to the latest version.
Works for me, latest version 6.4.1

Now in my blog only one user – administrator. This plugin don’t help me.
Join us to the question user RKL. shell_exec is disabled on hosting. It creates a backup image that can not be unpacked in any program.
