We have just tried your “quick conflict test” but we are still having the issue.
FYI:
Plugin version: 2.27
Woocommerce: 6.4.1
WP: 5.9.3
We have a programmed update of this website in 2 months. Do you believe that updating now could fix the issue? Any other ideas otherwise?
