Reopening as the issue has came back even after removing some plugins.
I did further testing and found that another plugin was causing issues.
@zahardoc I have updated to version 3.14.1 like you asked however the GUIDs fix link didn’t show up again.

Yes, I did click the link to automatically fix the duplicated GUIDs. Is there a cap on how many the link fixes or is there a way in the settings to activate the fix again?
