Hi @patjack, I simply updated the theme(flatsome) and the problem was sorted. If you haven’t already updated the theme, I would suggest doing that.

Hi @spraveenitpro, thank you for the reply. I am using the Flatsome Woocommerce theme. It worked pretty well till a couple of days back. Another funny thing that is happening is if you go on the product page and inspect the element using chrome, the image automatically rectifies and there is no crop in the image. But the moment you refresh the page, the problem returns. I also tried the Storefront theme and it worked well.
