We are currently looking into this issue. The plugin supports real-time product updates through the Batch API. However, in exceptional cases where product syncing fails for any particular update, we also have a daily product feed sync as a backup to ensure that products are synced within 24 hours.Forum: Plugins

This is a known issue: sometimes, when you update a product’s SKU, duplicate products are created, leaving the previous items outdated. We are actively working on a fix, and you can expect this issue to be fully resolved by the end of October 2025.As a temporary workaround, you will need to manually delete any duplicate products from Commerce Manager. For example, when you created item 167230, a product was added to Commerce Manager with the content ID wc_post_id_167230. When you later updated the SKU to P4-(549)-167220, a new product was created with the content ID P4-(549)-167220_167230, leaving the original item outdated.
To avoid this issue, we recommend either not updating the SKU for existing items or manually deleting any outdated duplicates until the fix is implemented by the end of next month.

We are planning to introduce custom_label fields that can be configured for each product in the Facebook tab in WooCommerce. These fields will be synced to Meta Catalog through Feeds, allowing you to create custom product sets in Commerce Manager.

Our plugin always syncs Out Of Stock products, but sets their visibility to hidden. As a result, you will only see these products in the Archived state within your Meta Catalog in Commerce Manager. These products are not delivered in ads, so you don’t need to worry if you notice Out Of Stock items being synced to your Meta Catalog.
