Yes, this is correct, I do no have a use for the icon at the top centre of the Custom Order Status, so would rather it be like the default woo commerce order status.

No worries, I managed to sort it out with a bit of CSS trickery – The price is still displayed, but I have set the out of stock div to come over the front of it

Thanks, I know she has plugins installed,
I will tell her to uninstall this plugin and possibly look at dwnloading a version that is compatable with the version of wordpress she is running
