I appreciate the reply but with the length of the delay I had to uninstall Mailpoet and go with a competitor that can set-up and authorize instantly and will allow sending via SMPT even if not using the email sending service.
Due to this situation I will no longer be recommending Mailpoet to any future clients and have already started the process of off-boarding my current clients using Mailpoet to a stand-alone solution powered by Mailgun under the hood.If in the future authorizations become instant or within an hour or less I would be more inclined to use Mailpoet again but failing to provide the service as advertised and no support reply for almost a week is unacceptable.
How long does support typically take for this service? Is only paid accounts supported?
How can I recommend this to any clients to use when you take more than 4 days to authenticate domains and websites. I have clients who want to use and start sending out blasts and at this rate I’ll have no choice but to recommend them to other services that can allow sending and authenticating domains without taking multiple business days. I’m sorry but this is too long in 2026.Forum: Plugins

At the moment I’ve found two short-codes:
League Tables – [league_table ####]
Event Calendars- [event_calendar ####]I’m assuming theirs many more? To display teams, players and other features of the plugin.
A full list with available parameters would be awesome if provided by devs.
