    Hello again,
    I tried these things:
    Max execution time on wf settings set to 20
    Max memory on wf settings: 256
    Unchecked remote scan
    And max execution time on cpanel setting set to 30

    Now the scan starts however after some time with 7000-14000 files indexed it fails and the server state is orange always.

    Hi @wfpeter
    Do you think this problem is about some configuration conflict with the server?
    I use shared cpanel hosting.
    What should i change on cpanel php settings?

    Hi
    Detected IPs and Your IP is same.
    I did all of your suggestions but no luck.
    I even whitelisted wordfence ips in cloudflare firewall but no luck.
    I sent the diagnostic report to wordfence email.

    I’ve sent the report from diagnostic page to the email you mentioned.
    I also want to mention this problem on diagnostic page:

    Connecting back to this site via IPv6 (not required; failure to connect may not be an issue on some sites) (opens in new tab)
    wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: cURL error 7:

    However it connects to the site via ipv4. So there is no problem with ipv4 on diagnostic page.

    But the scan still doesnt work.

    I have the same problem over 2 weeks and tried to get help from wordfence team but they don’t help.

    I also tried to do these things but didnt work:
    – using only ipv4 for scan option enabled
    – added server ip into the cloudflare firewall rule as allowed
    – disabled and re enabled remote scan option
    – looked over htaccess for any code that blocks directory

    None worked!

    I strongly believe it has something with the login.

    it says invalid username/password
    I tried many times like deactivating cleantalk plugin solves this problem when i activate it then i cannot login.
    Please help.

    Yes and now i cleared the popunder code from the site.

    I realized it is strangely redirecting to those links and gives page not found error.
    This is not a bot, I tested and it redirected me to those links, when the website opened in a popunder/popup.

    ok the error gone
    but when we disable some of the cloudflare speed options we realized speed drop on google page speed insights.
