It seems that the plug-in and List settings in Mailchimp are not totally talking to each other. Again, the problems are that the 3 formatting options are appearing (even though I have that unchecked) and the First and Last Name fields are not appearing, even though I have them checked.

Are the various Update buttons on the plug-in setup page different? Of course I hit Update many times before getting frustrated that it did not work.
