    It’s not falsified, but I understand your point of view, when it comes to support, it take’s awhile, and more likely the respond on their weekend, to catch up with customers issue, and try and work on them during the weekend.

    I have acquired licenses too! in fact, I brought 15 license in support for their business, but at the end of the day I used one. – And yes, I know there’s little bug crawling up across the theme.. for anyone who’s unsure, just give them time… Rome wasn’t built in a day’! and so is this theme!
