Thanks, yes it was all setup correctly and had been working fine previously. So not sure why it had stopped all of a sudden.
I managed to get hold of the actual support at The Courier Guy and they supplied us with a new version of the plugin and that seemed to have sorted it, which is strange cause it had been updated to the latest version of the plugin and tested previously and gave the same incorrect results.
But thanks for the help anyway.
