The second option was the issue – both sites had active security software and the site we were copying from wasn’t allowing it.

After further inspection I found that I had the shortcodes assigned incorrectly. I have since found the shortcode for the user profile and am now just looking at how to override the My Account WC page whilst still keeping the team management portion to show on the user profile.
If you do have documentation on that handy I would appreciate the link.Thanks so much for your response.

Just an update:We found this error in the jquery console:
uncaught typeerror cannot read property ‘post’ of undefined jquery
We added the following to the last line of the joan.js file and it is now working on all browsers again:
})(jQuery);
It would seem the updated threw out that little line of code.
