@missveronicatv I did not touch the characters where you indicated with ???. I only replaced the userdir and the user@doma (the original user account was also cutoff in the error message, so I cutoff the word domain in the same place). I just didn’t want the actual user name to be here in the forum

I figured it out, if the insta account is tagged as a professional account it has to be added as a business type.
