Please choose one page that you considered having a final cached form and let’s test it. Even for pages that offers hit for qc, on mobile devices there are high values for Largest Contentful Paint and Speed Index.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] First visit does not load a cached pageI do believe the plugin has problems. It is not because CCSS is not generated. There are other people stating the same thing. A lot of pages are getting unindexed by Google because of low Core Web Vitals Assessment scores.
I even pay to quic.cloud for premium services, but the website still gets a high load time on first visit.

But if you check Google’s test https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-urgentconsult-ro-servicii-contabilitate-si-infiintari-firme-contabilitate-firma-contabilitate-agentie-imobiliara/ymtceb285c?form_factor=mobile you will see, for mobile, Largest Contentful Paint is 4.4 s. It should not take that long for a cached webpage.

-> Debug Log: ON;
-> Debug Level: Basic.
I cleared the logs, opened a New Incognito window and accessed the website. I did this multiple times. No purge log was added. Only debug log appeared: https://pastebin.com/nj9acCYk
