Permalink structure in polylang is the same for each language, except language from permalinks for default language. For example for russian language permalinks are http://webverket.org/rotang.md/portfolio/ without ru in permalinks, for english – http://webverket.org/rotang.md/en/portfolio-3/
On this screenshot (https://yadi.sk/i/2Mn1Hwe3h3STR) you can see the permalinks settings in polilang plugin.
