thanks for reply!

The images I’m trying to figure out were imported from my previous Prestashop e-store. Maybe that’s why have some issues now?
By the way, I bought a Media Cleaner pro license yesterday and hope it helps to create a perfect Woocommerce store.

Hi!
Yes, I’m sure products have been completely deleted, not in the trash. And yes, I’m sure nothing else link to those images.
If click the image (in the Media Library) a Media Cleaner clue shows the Image «Doesn’t seem to be used», but doesn’t detect it when scanning.

I use WPMultisite. Maybe this is the problem?
