In reply to: [OceanWP] Search bar not displaying + Added a link to the bannerThank you very much for your response.
1. I checked, and I had “Simple Line Icons” set as the site icons. That icon was enabled in the performance settings. I tried “Font Awesome Icons” (also enabled in the performance settings), but that didn’t work either; however, “SVG Ocean Icons” did work. So I left that option selected.
2. Thank you very much; I’ll take a look at the documentation.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Gray header image that is not fully displayedSorry Shahin, I forgot to mention that, for the desktop version, I used your first suggestion and simply adjusted the banner size to 1200 × 100 px (it’s perfect).
For the mobile version, I added the second code snippet you provided to the style.css file of my child theme, and everything is working perfectly.
I really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. A huge thank you for taking the time to help me, for finding a solution, and for explaining it to me so kindly. It’s truly wonderful to be able to count on someone so helpful and knowledgeable.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Gray header image that is not fully displayedThank you very much!
The desktop version is perfect now.
As for the mobile version, the header image isn’t displaying in full (only a small part of it is visible). I’m sorry to take advantage of your kindness, but how can I make the banner display in full on mobile?
Thank you very much…

In reply to: [OceanWP] Gray header image that is not fully displayedThank you so much! The gray color is gone—it looks perfect.
My banner isn’t displaying fully; the bottom part is missing. Do you know what I can do about this, please?

In reply to: [OceanWP] Remove Blog post title in the headerI looked everywhere and, of course, missed the place.
I’m so sorry about that. Thanks for your kind response.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Remove Blog post title in the headerThank you very much for your reply and for spending time on my problem!
I’m a beginner and I’m translating from French, so I hope it’s still understandable…
I’ve looked at all your different solutions (thanks!) and in fact, I’m thinking I’d like to do the opposite. That is, keep the brown banner as it is (with the article title and breadcrumb trail) and don’t re-display the article title above the article (just before the vertical line).
So, basically there are :
- In the brown banner: article title + breadcrumb trail (ok)
- Above the article: a 2nd time the article title (I’d like to remove it)
This works fine for pages, but it’s a bit tricky for articles.
I’ve only just discovered that the problem only occurs for articles.

I’m not even sure if it depends on the theme… Would you advise me to ask my question on a WordPress forum?
I wouldn’t want to take up too much of your time if it’s not theme-related…Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [OceanWP] Truncated mobile footerHello Shahin,
Wow, thank you so much for the time you spent fixing my problem!
I deactivated the plugins, cleared my browser cache and cookies and refresh the page but I couldn’t fix the problem that way. And I don’t use Elementor. So I added the custom css code to the theme and it works perfectly. Thanks a lot!Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [OceanWP] Create a customized maintenance pageHi @momo-fr,
Thanks, it’s a good idea to put code in the child theme’s function.php file. In the page you quote, it’s about customizing the login page. As a result, the changes required to transform the code into a code to create a custom maintenance page are beyond my skills, unfortunately…Forum: Themes and Templates

Thank you very much for your reply. It’s fantastic that you took the time to reply with such a detailed answer.
I chose the solution of creating a page in the library and customizing it and the rendering is great.
Thank you so much for your help!

In reply to: Site database sizeFinally, my hosting provider automatically upgraded my site to the new offer without modifying the size of the database, so everything’s perfect.

In reply to: Site database sizeI apologize for the error…
I’m correcting my text:
Yes, it’s 2GB and 1GB.
My current database can be up to 2GB, currently it’s 162 MB.
With the new formula, it will be 1GB maximum.Do you think I can accept this offer, which gives me greater speed but reduces the maximum size of my database from 2GB to 1GB?

In reply to: [MPL-Publisher — Ebook & Audiobook Creator] Image source not readable errorThank you very much for investigating so much!
1/ I read carefully the link you provided. I’m really afraid to do something stupid by touching these permissions, especially since my FTP software doesn’t have numerical values (755) but uses letters (rwx…) for the permissions
2/ Indeed, I had enabled the Jetpack Lazy Loading images. I disabled it temporarily but the error was still there.
Thank you very much for doing everything to help me. I think I’ll try again in a while because your plugin looks really great.
