yes you are correct
there is a simple plugin “Export WP Page to Static HTML/CSS” that allow to select specified page / post to export. but staatic is more professional and fast . most static website designers make single page websites. if this feature includes to staatic its best choose to work for this purpose

but i using one local wp installation to design and export single pages to upload to s3 buckets and i need to export one page every time and its resources not all of my general website. according to your answer staatic not designed for this purpose and i would use another plugin. correct ?
