I found the problem myself and corrected the code for my own needs. The problem is that the “postie-tags.php” file in the “postie_lookup_category_id” function uses the WP function “get_term_by”, where one of the parameters transmits the name of the standard taxonomy “category”. I pointed my taxonomy and everything worked. It would be nice to bring up the choice of taxonomy in the setup, or to modify the algorithm so that there is no binding to the name of the taxonomy.
