    I tried this – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). No luck

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
    No luck

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
    This is what i think the prob is,

    Use phpMyAdmin to deactivate all plugins.

    In the table wp_options, under the option_name column (field) find the active_plugins row
    Change the option_value field to: a:0:{}
    I COULDNT FIND active_plugins NAME ………………..

    Or reset your plugins folder via FTP or the file manager provided in your host’s control panel.

    Via FTP or your host’s file manager, navigate to the wp-contents folder (directory)
    Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename the folder “plugins” to “plugins.hold”
    Login to your WordPress administration menus (/wp-admin)
    Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename “plugins.hold” back to “plugins”
    DID THIS NOTHING AGAIN

    re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of your current version of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    Does this meen Admin Folder as well?
