I had some of these warnings as well, and it turned out my version of PHP was pretty old, and didn’t know what to do with HTML5 stuff. I upgraded and EBD is working fine now.
I sent it to a gmail account, and a non gmail account, and I got both. The one that went to gmail showed up in my inbox this time.
is it possible the email is getting caught in the spam filter?
I filled out the form on the page you linked and got the email, but it was sent to my spam filter because it wasn’t in my default language.
