It didn’t help. If I remove /wp-content/uploads/forminator/.htaccess file the css style is applied.

Is the file needed? Everything seems to work for me

Options -ExecCGI was removed from the .htaccess

addition after today’s research

Failed to load resource:

but this file exists, why can’t be loaded?
