Okay, so you mean it like this:

-Opening hours are displayed correctly on your site
-You change the opening hours on Google Maps
-The next day (it syncs every 24 hours), the old times are still being shown on your site

If that’s what you mean – are the correct times displayed in WordPress? Not the screens you posted, but the screen where you can manually edit the times yourself. If those are correct, the sync is working and it’s most likely a caching-issue on the front end.

Do you have any caching plugins installed in WordPress?

On screen 1, there is a button ‘view retrieved data’.

When you click that, do you get any kind of error message?
Or more specifically, what is your question? You have posted the settings you’ve made but I don’t see a question or problem stated anywhere?

What exactly is not working, what do you have a question about?

Thanks a lot for your reply and taking this into consideration!

I am a bit afraid I might not have explained this issue completely clearly and/or I am misunderstanding you.

Do you mean currently, I have to choose between:

Friday 10:00-17:00 (in English, using the DAYS parameter with the names set-up there)

    OR

Vrijdag 21 april 10:00-17:00 (in Dutch, default, no DAYS-parameter specified)

I cannot have: Friday 21 april 10:00-17:00 (because day_format=”full_date_month” is ignored completely when DAYS is also present)

If I use the DAYS-parameter to override the names of the days, I can never show the date – it will always just show the names of the days and no date, correct?

(And besides that, there is also the issue of the names of the months not being multi-language capable, bit that is a bit less important in my case, English and Dutch are similar enough when it comes to the names of the months)

Not sure why, but after messing with it for 20 more minutes it all started working properly….

I’m blaming the web server and caching 🙂

    Any word on the zoom-function?
That would be really useful, since most PDF’s are way too small to read at the normal zoom level you plugin uses.
