Ok, it looks like our WCvendor plugin which also upgraded to a major change (mostly Shipping changes) caused the issue, we rolled back WCvendor and now it is more or less ok… We still have some plugins causing issues…

I have two extras plugins to handle “Local click and Pick” and “shipping cost by weight”. They were working fine with 3.0.0.
