Hello,
I applied the 4.2.2 upgrade to WordPress and retried the Media upload of a document. I never get the panel that the instructions indicate.
The one that has the “Attachment Display Settings” and a dropdown list for choices including “Media File”.
When I look at the uploaded item, it is a blank icon and all it has is a title like for a page.
I started by clicking the Add item from the Media. I select the document that is on my personal computer. It never gives me a panel to make a selection of “Media file”.
How was this resolved? Can you show me an exact example of how it should be inserted into the page?
