Important information : Elementor is not used in this or any page pf this test site, just installing elementor causes this issue.

Facing same issue. Your plugin has made my site unusable and regretfully i can not recommend anyone to use. Elementor.
- I can not add any new page in Elementor.
- I can not edit any existing page in elementor.
Only screen I see : Something went wrong ! , the debug mode also does not work. Downgrading Elementor also does not help. My site is stuck in a totally destroyed mode, all content lost forever.
Suggestion to develoeprs : Can you please start adding some meaning error message rather than a blanket message “something went wrong”.
This is the reason the #1 why people are losing hope in wordpress and moving to webflow. You leave you site unattended for few months and everything goes haywire. Gone !

In reply to: Incorrect Message : Notice: register_rest_route was calledok, this is now resolved. Turns out that my plugin was not the cause of this. Any plugin which registers the namespace incorrectly would show this error in all the rest API calls.
I think in case of notices and error messages wordpress should add hints in the message itself which helps in easier identification of the issue, so that developers do not have to review WordPress code to locate source of the problem.Forum: Fixing WordPress

Its a disappointing decision (to sell an open source project).

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 2.1 release is a disaster+1, WooCommerce is known for its flexbility and I admired it but the 2.1.X release is only aimed at cross selling WooCommerce plugins and themes. A lot of easy to configure settings were removed.
And worst of all they’re now releasing a list of themes which are not compatible with woocommerce 2.1.X. Its like “Hey Buyers, buy themes from us, third party vendors are incapable of using woocommerce”.
I am a plugin/theme author and now I find WooThemes backstabbing for supporting them. I thought WooCommerce would be like Yoast or W3TC but it is no where close.
IF your (woothemes) changes impact 2.X million sites you should be careful that they don’t face a “Fatal error” because people lose business with your adhoc changes.
Please do not push an upgrade just for the sake of upgrade or cross selling your own products.
