Thanks for the details! It looks like the Ecwid integration code from the first website was converted to text — you can check this in the source code of the page, here’s a screenshot: https://ecwid.d.pr/i/mEEyON.
This xProduct() part of the code is placed inside of a <p>…</p> element, so it’s displayed as plain text.
Integration codes like this should be placed inside of a separate container meant to be used with HTML/JS code.
