Let me say it this way: if you run or rent a web server and you don’t know HOW to run or administrate a web server then yes, you’re doomed.
This knowledge is absolutely mandatory to protect your blog, system and maintain your backend.
Let me just throw in some words: IIS, Xampp, Apache standaloneDo you know one of these? Which one are you using?

But of course it needs to be in your installation folder on the server.
