The Diagnostics page is not showing any file permission errors. All directories and files seem to have the correct file permissions.

I have just checked again today and it seems the repair all button is clickable today but is showing the error below, also see the screenshot below.
We could not repair any of the files you selected. We encountered the following errors: WordFence API error: An error occured trying to open the requested file.
Thanks @wfpeter. I have confirmed that disabling all plugins does not resolve the issue.

This was causing me stress on one of my websites. Your solution resolved my issue.

Registration was failing if the option for ‘Enable reCAPTCHA on the login and user registration pages’ was enabled under Wordfence > Login Security > Settings
I figured that this might be because the directory plugin already has it’s own captcha integration and the 2 were clashing.

I have just confirmed, the folder is owned by the same user as the web server. I noticed something else though, the file /wp-content/wflogs/config-synced.php was owned by root.
After correcting this the rules are now updating without issues. Many thanks for the help.

I have deleted the old rules.php file and tried to manually refresh the rules. The file was recreated but it shows a size of 0 bytes and is empty. Wordfence is still giving the previous error:
Rule Update Failed
No rules were updated. Please verify you have permissions to write to the /wp-content/wflogs directory.Anything else i need to do?

Awesome. My theme comes with the lazy loading option inbuilt. I have disabled this and everything is working well.

Thanks @mikejolley. Had not noticed that subtle change, i think this present arrangement now makes more sense. Am still having an issue though, the individual products included in the grouped product are not appearing on the front end.
