In reply to: [WooCommerce] User exists, but password reset says they do notIf I go to Woocommerce -> Customers and search for her name, I can find her customer record. I can add her to the wordpress users, but I’d be surprised if that were the issue since literally no other customers are in that place. the forgot password isn’t the wordpress version, but rather woocommerce, if you look at the link I submitted – we do use Storefront theme if that helps.
I added her as a “Customer” in wordpress and the process worked – which is surprising. How do we go forward with the rest of our customers outside of manually entering all of them into wordpress?

No, for our wordpress users, the only users in there are the admins, a total of 6 of us. Her woocommerce record did not have a username, only an email address. Since she only has a username in woocommerce, I did not see a way to set up a new password for her there.
I updated the permalinks, but saw no change in behavior, unfortunately.
let me know anything else i can try! Or if I need to go to my hosting platform
