Thanks for bringing this into our attention and sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused. As per the error :
- Your system’s max allowed memory limit is 268435456 bytes = 268 MB (approx)
- Our plugin tried to allocate only 20480 bytes = 20 kb (approx)
As the memory that our plugjn5js trying to use is much lower tbat your server’s max limit, this might be related to other plugins taking up most of the memory. Just the error is getting thrown when it reaches our plugin.
Anyhow, we’ll help you resolve this. We request you to mail us at [email protected] and provide temporary access to your website. Our team will look into this issue and help you resolve it asap.
