Found it! The Plug in Akismet was injecting code!
I think I figured it out. Somehow, a Default.php file is getting put back into my main HTTP folder along with a modified .htaccess file. ? Weird!
Tired it, even with new theme it still re-directs
IT will not even let me rename the folder.
