In reply to: [Social Sharing Plugin - Social Warfare] Can't Register Premium VersionYes, can you send us this in our contact form, please?
https://warfareplugins.com/contact-us/
I ask for that because we’ll want to ask for your name and email address so that we can check your account on our site to ensure that your licenses are set up properly and I don’t want to ask for that personal information in this public space. Hopefully that makes sense.
I’ll be standing by waiting for your email ready to help you.

In reply to: [Social Sharing Plugin - Social Warfare] Share Count Doesn't Work At All@casbboy This should be fixed up now. I updated to the new version of Facebook’s API and everything is working again on our development server the way that it was before the change.
To get this change before I release it as a new version, simply uninstall the plugin and then reinstall it from the search menu inside of the plugins page in your WordPress dashboard.
Once you’ll installed the updated version, they should start working again.
Additionally, if you have more trouble after updating, please check the following support article. It is very, very comprehensive and seems to solve all share-count related issues for about 99% of our users:
https://warfareplugins.com/support/share-counts-not-updating-inaccurate/P.S. Thanks for letting me know about the support articles. There appeared to be a typo in our functions file that someone (most likely me) made when they were working on something in there.

In reply to: [Social Sharing Plugin - Social Warfare] Share Count Doesn't Work At AllYou’re actually right about the Facebook error. Facebook changed their API a couple days ago and we weren’t aware of the change. On Monday, we’ll be digging in and updating to the new version of their share checker API. Once we do that, everything should come completely back online again as far as share counts are concerned.
Does that make sense?

In reply to: [Social Sharing Plugin - Social Warfare] Takes Over Admin / Plugin AreasHi BijouFashion! We’re so sorry you had this experience– we haven’t seen that behavior in any other WordPress install. If you’d be willing, we’d like to investigate this via our Premium Support. Just navigate to the Support tab on our official website and hit the “Contact Us” button. Even though you aren’t a premium subscriber, we want to figure out why this happened for you so we can make sure it doesn’t happen for anyone else.
Just reference this review in your request and I’ll let the team know to give you full support.

Hi Chris! Thanks for voicing this to us. We’ve been talking internally about the presentation of locked features and this confirms a number of things we were already thinking through. Appreciate you being a voice for the free users!

In reply to: [Frame Buster] No HeaderHi Vbptrin! Thanks for the feedback– we haven’t had any other users encounter that yet– perhaps try switching to the TwentySixteen theme and seeing if it works then? If that doesn’t work, maybe try turning off other plugins and going from there.
Since this is a free plugin, we cannot provide any comprehensive support for it but you’re welcome to try working with our support team through our website.

In reply to: [Frame Buster] Not usefulHi Gulshan! Thanks for your feedback. I don’t think it’s quite fair to say “Not useful” as we’ve already had plenty of users find our simple use case (blocking apps like Sniply) incredibly helpful. Perhaps you’re looking for a solution for a problem (adware links) that we did not intend to solve?
