1) Check your selections in the Alerts section of Wordfence Advanced Options. You can opt to have Wordfence send you an email only when there are “Critical” problems. You can even have it send no informational messages including your site summary (which I would not recommend).
2) The warnings regarding plugins needing updates can save you heartache later. On many occasions, plugin updates address security vulnerabilities.
