I’m having exactly the same problem presented. I noticed that this last week all Google Amp Cache pages stopped showing ads.

I tried putting the code manually in the editor, using Site Kit, uninstalling and reinstalling the respective plugins, but it returns exactly the same error.

I couldn’t solve the problem, but it seriously affects the site because those pages that Google chooses as cache are the ones that give me the most financial return and there was a sharp drop in my earnings this week.

Some similarities with your case:

AMP is enabled in Google Adsense.
Matched Content is disabled.
Ads appear on the AMP page, but disappear on the Google AMP Cache page.

Loganlol o meu também não está gerando.
Uma alternativa que encontrei por hora é entrar no arquivo de log do pagseguro no servidor, o caminho fica em:
public_html/wp-content/uploads/wc-logs
