I tried already and it’s working fine but I want to trim title of all posts showing on that page and when a user visits single blog page I want to show full title.

So it’s little different on my site.

I have a page with the post grid. There I want to display the title of 5 words.

How can I do that on-page as is_page is not working?

Thanks for the concern @cnaveenkumar but my question is I only want to track two buttons only.
I don’t want Facebook to show how many users visit my page but I only want Facebook to give me a count or graph for two buttons separately like 2 user press button1 and 3 users pressed button2.

Am I making myself clear?
